Welcome to Outback Sheds LLC. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, online building designer, quote and ordering systems, and the purchase of buildings and related products or services from Outback Sheds LLC.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Products and Custom Designs
Outback Sheds LLC offers sheds, garages, modular garages, and other outdoor structures. Many of our buildings are custom-made based on the size, colors, materials, doors, windows, options, and other selections chosen by the customer.
Images and 3D renderings shown on our website are intended to provide a visual representation of the finished product. Actual colors, textures, dimensions, materials, and appearance may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes, lighting, screen settings, material availability, or product updates.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their selected building specifications before approving an order.
Pricing
We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing accurate. However, prices displayed online may change because of material costs, manufacturer pricing, delivery requirements, site conditions, taxes, or other circumstances.
The final approved order or sales agreement will determine the actual purchase price.
Applicable sales tax and any additional charges will be disclosed when required.
Deposits and Payment
Certain buildings may require a deposit when the order is placed, with the remaining balance due before or upon delivery as specified in the customer's purchase agreement.
An order is not considered finalized until all required deposits, approvals, and documentation have been received.
Customer Changes
Changes requested after an order has been submitted may result in additional charges or delays.
Once manufacturing has begun, certain changes may no longer be possible.
Delivery and Site Preparation
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is properly prepared and accessible before delivery.
The customer is responsible for obtaining any required permits, zoning approvals, HOA approvals, foundation preparation, site work, or other approvals unless specifically included in a written agreement.
Delivery equipment may require significant clearance and maneuvering space. Additional charges may apply when site conditions require special equipment, additional labor, return trips, or alternative delivery arrangements.
Outback Sheds LLC reserves the right to postpone or refuse delivery when the delivery site cannot be safely accessed.
Building Placement and Setup
Initial positioning and leveling may be included where specified in the customer's order.
Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, building setup does not include excavation, concrete work, electrical work, plumbing, landscaping, permanent foundations, or other site improvements.
After installation, normal settling or changes in the customer's site may cause a building to require future re-leveling. Future re-leveling is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Estimated Delivery Dates
Any production or delivery dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Manufacturing delays, weather, material availability, transportation issues, site conditions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Warranties
Buildings and components may be covered by warranties provided by the manufacturer or individual material manufacturers.
Warranty coverage, exclusions, and duration may vary depending on the product purchased. Customers should refer to the applicable written warranty for complete details.
Website Use
You may use our website and building design tools for personal or legitimate commercial purchasing purposes.
You may not attempt to interfere with the website, gain unauthorized access to systems or data, reproduce proprietary website content without permission, or use the site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Outback Sheds LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, delays outside our reasonable control, improper site preparation, customer-provided information, or modifications made to a building after delivery.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
