Return and Refund Policy

Because most buildings sold by Outback Sheds LLC are built or configured specifically for an individual customer, our cancellation and refund policies differ from those of a traditional retail store.

Custom Building Orders

Once a custom building order has been approved and manufacturing has begun, the order generally cannot be returned or canceled for a refund.

Deposits may become non-refundable once materials have been ordered, manufacturing has begun, or other costs have been incurred specifically for the customer's building.

Any approved cancellation before production begins may be subject to administrative, design, processing, material, or other costs already incurred.

Changes to an Order

Customers should carefully review their building specifications before approving an order.

Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and may affect the estimated completion or delivery date.

Some changes may not be possible once production has begun.

Delivered Buildings

Buildings are generally not returnable after they have been delivered and accepted by the customer.

Customers should inspect their building at delivery and promptly notify Outback Sheds LLC of any visible damage, missing items, or significant discrepancy from the approved order.

Damage or Manufacturing Issues

If a building arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact Outback Sheds LLC as soon as reasonably possible.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable warranty, the appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement of affected components, manufacturer warranty service, or another reasonable resolution.

Minor variations in color, wood grain, texture, dimensions, or appearance that are normal characteristics of building materials are generally not considered defects.

Delivery and Site Issues

Additional charges caused by inaccessible delivery locations, inadequate site preparation, customer-requested delivery changes, failed delivery attempts, or conditions outside our control are generally not refundable.

Approved Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will generally be returned using the original payment method when possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
